Benefits from discarding the LNT model
Discarding the LNT model would reduce the fear and concerns regarding low-dose radiation and so would:

enable study of low-dose radiation for the prevention and treatment of cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, etc.

reduce the tremendous casualties, economic harm, and disruption of life in the event any future radiological accidents

reduced regulations and reduced cost of various applications of radiation including nuclear power plants.

reduce fear of nuclear power plants and enable widespread utilization of safe, clean, and cheap nuclear power in developing countries. Accelerate economic development.

reduce the harm to patients from misdiagnoses or missed diagnoses due to not performing diagnostic imaging studies due to patient or physician radiation concerns or poor image quality due to radiation dose reduction efforts.
