Charitable Solicitation Disclosures

 

The XLNT Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization (EIN 47-5558924) under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.   

 

The XLNT Foundation will be publishing detailed financial summary as a part of its annual reports and financial reports. The XLNT Foundation will also be filing the 990 forms to the IRS as required.
