The XLNT Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors delegate responsibility for day-to-day operations to the president and chief executive officer, who in turn delegates responsibilities to his or her executive team.  The executive team uses modern communication tools to maintain close consultation with the full Board throughout the year.
